Welcome to CrownCalibre! These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our websites, services, and products offered through CrownCalibre.com, which are operated by Netlager ApS ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our websites or services.

1. WHO WE ARE

Netlager ApS is a registered company located in Denmark. Our products are sourced from trusted suppliers and manufacturers, including partners in Spain , and shipped directly to you. We comply with all relevant import/export regulations, including UK customs, VAT, and consumer protection laws.

2. INTERNATIONAL ORDERING AND DELIVERY

We ship internationally, including to the United Kingdom, EU, and United States. Due to high demand, please allow extra time for order fulfillment and delivery. We are committed to full transparency and strive to keep you informed throughout the process.

Delivery times vary by location and are always estimated, not guaranteed. Customs inspections or local delays may impact delivery.

Once dispatched, title and risk transfer to you upon handoff to the shipping provider.

3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND VAT

For orders shipped to the UK, VAT is included in the product price, and we strive to ensure all products are delivered with no surprise fees. However, any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or local charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Netlager ApS is not liable for delays or costs resulting from customs procedures.

4. ACCURACY, PRICING & PAYMENT

We aim to keep all product descriptions, prices, and availability up-to-date. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them. Prices are shown in your selected currency and may include or exclude VAT depending on your region.

We accept secure payment via Shopify’s integrated checkout. All payment and billing information must be accurate and truthful.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation. We may not require you to return the item—customer satisfaction is our top priority.

6. USE OF THE SERVICES

You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the services without our express written permission.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, and designs on this site are the property of Netlager ApS or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not use our name, logos, or product content without permission.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store is powered by Shopify. Your data may be processed by Shopify in accordance with their Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party websites or tools accessed through our services.

9. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We make no guarantees regarding product suitability or fitness for a particular purpose. All products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrownCalibre shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Some jurisdictions (including UK consumer law) may provide you additional rights which are not excluded by these Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, but we comply with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and all applicable UK e-commerce regulations when selling to UK customers.


11. SMS/MMS MOBILE MESSAGE MARKETING PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

We are offering a mobile messaging program (the "Program"), which you
agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging
Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (the "Agreement"). By opting
in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to
these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, your
agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding,
individual-only arbitration, as detailed in the "Dispute Resolution"
section below. This Agreement is limited to the program and is not
intended to modify other Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy that
may govern the relationship between you and Us in other contexts.

The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by
affirmatively opting into the program, such as through online or
application-based enrollment forms. Regardless of the opt-in method
you utilized to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement
applies to your participation in the program. By participating in the
program, you agree to receive automated or prerecorded marketing
mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in, and
you understand that consent is not required to make any purchase from
Us. While you consent to receive messages sent using an autodialer,
the foregoing shall not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any or
all of our mobile messages are sent using an automatic telephone
dialing system ("ATDS" or "autodialer").
If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program or no
longer agree to this Agreement, you agree to reply STOP to any mobile
text message from Us in order to opt out of the program. You may
receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to
opt-out. You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the
only reasonable methods of opting out. You understand and agree that
attempting to opt out by texting other words or verbally requesting
one of our team members to remove you from our list is not accounted
for as a reasonable means of opting out.
You acknowledge that the message frequency is various and that consent
is not a condition to purchase. The program involves recurring mobile
messages, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically
based on your interaction with us.
